Mark has fifteen years experience in the fitnes industry, first training as a sports therapist and fitness instructor and then continuing onto advanced qualifications.
In 2003 he Qualified with Body Control Pilates and became deeply commited to the method. He has continued with his development, passing Pilates equipment and Master qualifications with honours.
Mark has taught at many of the top health clubs including David Lloyd, Living Well, Esporta and Next Generation as well as running a Bristol Partnership Studio called Pilates Moves.
Mark has now become a Supervising Teacher with Body Control Pilates and holds practical assessments helping with the education of future Pilates Teachers. He is also Council member for the south for The Body Control Pilates Association.

Qualifed as a Pilates teacher with the Pilates Foundation UK Ltd. Originally coming from an arts background with a strong interest and involvement in dance and movement. For the last 14 years she has worked as a fitness professional with much of her work involving communitybased projects with Health Promotions and local G.Ps. She developed an interest in complimentry therapy and is a qualified Relexologist. She currently divides her time between teaching Pilates and running her Reflexologist practise.
