We offer a variety of pilates classes from basic matwork and equipment work at a beginners to advanced level as well as more specialist sessions for pregnancy, hyper mobility and healthy Backs. These can be booked on a group (max 12), small group or 1-1 basis
We offer a variety of Pilates Matwork classes from beginners through to advanced as well as one to one sessions. Numbers are limited to a max of 12 people to ensure you get better attention and feedback to progress well and learn the method.
To use the equipment studio , everyone must have a one to one first to familiarise themselves with the apparatus. There after it is up to them if they continue with one to ones or join semi private sessions of no more than 3 people. If coming for a particular injury or problem further one to one may be recommended.
